FAQ

I don’t see my arrow. Do the threaded half-outs only work with the arrows listed?

The threaded half-outs must have a HIT insert to thread into. Any arrow that is capable of accepting a hit insert (.204 ID) can be used. However, the arrows we have listed under the specific sizes are the only arrows where the threaded half-outs will fit flush to the arrow shaft.

Do you provide HIT inserts with the purchase of the threaded half-outs?

No. HIT inserts must be purchased separately through an archery pro shop or retail store. If you purchase Easton 5mm Axis or FMJ arrows, HIT inserts are included with these purchases.

What is the benefit of using a threaded half-out?

There are several benefits to using a threaded half-out with your arrow setup. Adding weight to the front of your arrow will increase the FOC (front of center). Using a threaded half-out will allow you to increase your arrow’s FOC without having to purchase heavier field points, and ultimately broadheads. However, we believe the key benefit of using our threaded half-outs is that it allows you to make multiple uses out of one arrow. Let’s face it, arrows are expensive. If you plan on running multiple arrow setups your cost will will quickly double (or more!). With a threaded half-out you can turn one arrow into many. If you want a heavier arrow, screw in the threaded half-out. If you want less, unscrew it. And with varying weights to choose from you can get as creative as you want.
